Cryptomatic Bitcoin Watches Are A Sign Of The Coming BTC Apocalypse

I love me some watches, that’s for sure, but I’m not sure what I think about these Cryptomatic watches made by a private label manufacturer in Hong Kong. The watches aren’t techie at all – they’re basically Hong Kong-made mechanical timepieces with a big Bitcoin symbol on the front – but the real value is the retail model.

I agree the watches look like they just slapped a bitcoin logo on it. Still, though, it is nice to see Bitcoin Branding on any level. Familiarity will be key to mainstream adoption. I'd much prefer that people see the bitcoin logo on a watch or an ATM than on Mt. Gox news coverage.

I'll just leave this here: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/bitcoin-gift-wrapping-paper-for-the-holidays
