The impression is that the US is a much larger market than other countries so it is ostensibly logical to start there. There are also legal issues to work through in a lot of countries. Canada's regulatory uncertainty is a good example.

Actually cryptocurrency is adopted by many online gambling website, including gaming industry as well. Due to its inherent anonymity, it can get rid of regulations in most of cases, I think greenman gaming  can accept any bitcoin payment in any countries.

Because i am from Europe i try to buy a game and i didnt see this option in my case

Pretty good news Grin each day is a new day for bitcoin <3
But why for USA people only ? Shocked It dosen't need like IRL informations (name, family name etc...) just an adress to money to. dosen't make sense to me
