It does not have a command line window. You would simply take a template, and paste your private keys into that template. That file will then be what you will import.
So can you add the privekeys to notepad and then change the file type name to what is needed or need a proper editor to do it as I do not think I could work such things otherwise just going to leave it alone.

Sorry guys I'm confused. I just drag and drop my privkeys onto a USB for backup and assume they can be re-imported just as easily. Isn't it?
For Multibit->multibit backup and restore, yes. You would either save the .wallet file, or export to a .keys file.

Actually, it's a bit simpler:

Save it as "mykeys.key". In Multibit, Tools>Import Private Keys.
You would change the date to sometime before you created the wallet. Doesn't need to be exact, but definitely needs to be earlier than your first transaction (in or out).
