It's better to be an investment instead of a loan. BTCJAM for 100k loan would no dobt no one on their to secure such a deal or part of it and to be honest BTCJAM have a high rate of scammers on it from fake status to people running when loaning or trying to look for a loan and have daft requirements. Id stick to bank loan or doing crowed funded and raise funds that way. |

Bank interests are f*@(*! huge buddy. i think you haven't seen the interest paid on loaned amounts its much more then banks interest rate 10-20% a month ,while banks interest rate is much lower then this |

Bank interests are f*@(*! huge buddy. Bank's interest is way too much low than what people are going to charge him for the 100k. Bank's interest is just like 10% a year. But people expect a lot more than that. |
