Daniel, why is the ANN talking about "We" if you are a solo developer?

"We will be the first coin developer to offer"
"we arn't going to let anyone boss us around with there crap"
"We are the one's to finely push a coin to it's limits. "
"Making headlines is what we want!"
"Are we the only licensed business with real plans?"
"We are a registered business (WebGod.US)"
"we might be the only ones that care to pay taxes on profits"
"We are proud US citizens"
But then..... "I am a solo developer and every cost is out of my pocket."

Also, having a website does not make you a registered business. Are you a registered corp out of Texas and under what name is the business registered?

First blocks give 5 coins and halfs into 2.5.
Halfing stops at 1 coins per new block.

Really?

What is this?  I'm not really a coder but this doesn't look right.

int64 static GetBlockValue(int nHeight, int64 nFees)
{
    int64 nSubsidy = 500 * COIN;
    if(nHeight == 2)
    {
        nSubsidy = 2000000 * COIN;
    }
    else if(nHeight < 5000)
    {
        nSubsidy = 5000 * COIN;
    }
    else if(nHeight < 10000)
    {
        nSubsidy = 2500 * COIN;
    }

Support your cause. But cant mine scrypt. Glad to see a US dev, and not some damn 3rd world scammer dev.

3rd world scammer? How many devs you know from Uganda for example?! You don't know what you are talking about......

WebGodUS EIN: 46-5296975, Thank you. Yes in Texas!

I'm not seeing anything current. Tried by numbers and name.
Searching here: https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/Index.html
and
here: https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/staxpayersearch/salestaxpayer.do

The EIN you gave has 0 results:

"Taxpayer Search Results
0 matches found for the search string - "465296975"
Based on the criteria entered, no taxpayers were found."

The Business name is registered but inactive meaning no active sales tax permit in TX. To be fair I'm not sure how that effects an alt-coin currency exchange with unrecognized currency. Additionally, it is extremely easy and cheap to create a corp and obtain tax ID's.

Unit Name   Texas Taxpayer Number   Outlet Number   Address   City, State, Zip   Begin Dt   End Dt   Status

WEBGOD.US   32053657071   00001   309 W CHURCH ST   SAN SABA, TX 76877   04/01/2014      INACTIVE

Not going to cry scammer just yet. Guessing your trying to figure a way to make a buck online. Looks like "drscrazeonline.com" is its own thing too.
