i ordered 5.2 bitcoins for about 850€ per paypal, but they never arrived... mmo4sale.com replied to the paypalcase i opened, and paypal closed the case to their good! beware, it sounded to good, cheap bitcoins and i thought, if it is a scam, i get my money back from paypal... now having to hire a lawyer...

Didn't the fact that you were purchasing at 163 EUR / BTC, roughly 50% of the current market value of BTC , alerted you that something fishy could be going on?

EDIT.

BTW: PayPal, and any other payment processor are there to make business and they are heavily biased towards solving cases in the direction of whoever brings them more money. Never count on your ability to cb against a business account.

yeah, but i thought paypal is safe, because of the chargebackpossibility! has anyone ever done a chargeback? i just send the emailorderconfirmation, and the blockexplorerlink, but obviuosly he somehow got PP on his side...

There is a huge chance they already cashed it out to a prepaid card or sold it off.  You can try to chargeback but you may not have much luck.  Never trade with somebody not reputable without escrow, it never ends well

paypal just answered and said that they do not do a chargeback, because digital goods are against their policies.
has anyone expierience with charging back???

I'm not surprised. Paypal doesn't like bitcoin at all, they are competitors.
