I have some feedback regarding first time users making deposits. It seems that Buttercoin gets your phone number(s) and e-mail from the bank account you use to deposit, and then contacts you on these numbers or addresses. While I don't have a problem with this per se, I do think this needs to be disclosed prominently when a user is asked to give their bank info. Something like "to combat fraud we will use this bank login to gather the e-mail address and phone number on file with your bank account and contact you to verify this deposit."

I say this because it's a bit surprising and offputting to find out that Buttercoin has gathered more personal information than you realized you were giving it. While the FAQ does touch on your verification policies, it's not 100% clear to me and I don't think most users will be reading the FAQ before depositing. Again, if this level of verification is necessary due to either regulation or security concerns then that's fine, but I think users need to be more clearly informed.
