i am sorry if anybody were confused with my first post because it seems like 60%discount for card

but it was not correct if you understood like that

60% is what i am willing to sell for

and remaining is the 40%,so you can get 40% discount

and if any body suppose say wants to buy for 65% then they get 35% discount
and i am extremely sorry if anyone misunderstood
