I am looking to buy around 600-800 USD in btc through neteller. I really am looking for under bitstamp + 10%. If anyone can help out or direct me to a site that allows neteller to be used please let me know.

Also if I can transfer Netteller to other online accounts that are commonly used to buy btc.
