yea same here man, but you have to remember to be put on top of the list, you will be competing with thousands of other sites.  and keywords and they are paying far more than just $30-50 a month.

For this Keyword your budget should be in $$$/week.
this keyord would take 6 to 8 weeks for 1st, 2nd or 3rd spot ranking.

You can do a small amount of SEO for $30-$50, but you're going to have to learn how to do it yourself if you can only afford that much.
