Hi,

i want to share with you infromation from internet i have about MAT.

There is a post on bitcointalk.org > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=518189.msg9508036#msg9508036

Today, i had 3 phone calls with MAT Customer service.
I asked girl few questions, and she told me she cant give me ANY information, and i have to wait for and email respond.
She didnt know about date of delivery, about date of refund, couldnt give me any name/contact on anybody else in MAT, and when i asked her about news from bitcointalk.org, she told me again, she cant answer, because she dont have any information.
So official customer service of MAT didnt confirm of refute bitcointalk post.
I think, if that post is a lie, official customer serve WOULD refute it, not tell me i have to wait for email respond.

I am also waiting for a refund on my other order since APRIL.

If you are a customer of MAT, or have any info about MAT, plase join this FB group https://www.facebook.com/groups/888654404518753/888679361182924 , or post in this thread.

Thanks
