Of course I don't have my XRP yet. I'm sure once XRP drops it will conveniently be fixed.

Edit: Here are the screenshots I took immediately after Mark's response I was 'refunded'.

I have updated my ticket, asking Mark how much he refunded me exactly, because I am dying to know what amount of XRP was refunded to see if they even have a record of it. Mullick, your tech, has strangely not been on IRC since the chat, that I have seen at least... and I am diligently hunting down staff members to talk to. I guess I have to get in touch with BIG VERN somehow now. Although I see a lawsuit is underway already so that gives me a lot of confidence...

Refund the users with BTC/XRP/USD. I'd even take the lousy Cryptsy 'Points' to sell for BTC that you would collect a tax on as well... Show some integrity and stop beating around the bush. I have seen others mention that they have had no problems... So it's good now for everyone but us few that transferred on a bad day, or are they employees trying to validate the legitimacy of the situation. Next post is the screen shots of the correspondences between me, Michelle and Mark. I already showed the IRC with Mullick, and BitJohn even verified its legitimacy. This isn't a scam, but what cryptsy is doing seems to be more and more each day that passes with no responses. Ticket was filed Dec 1st, 2014.

Im still working on ripple the majority of this weekend. Here is the current breakdown

As was explained before we had a hardware failure at the datacenter so rippled had to be moved to a new server. When we got it back up there has been an issue with gathering previous transaction data. Some have shown up and others are trickling in a lot slower than they should be.

Then friday night its new server had a raid failure. It turned out to just be an issue with the raid card and it was brought back up yesterday. But we are still waiting on previous transaction history to populate.

My plan going forward is to setup another server on the side to see if it could be related to disk i/o since the raid card has already exhibited some stability issues with these drives. If the new server gathers the previous tx history faster ill swap it over there with no downtime in between.

As of now new deposits and withdrawals are moving. And i have resent any that "completed" without a transaction ID. Im hoping either the server im setting up now or its current one will have a complete tx history by morning

The server I finished setting up last night is performing very well There was some downtime as when i went to move services a bad firewall rule gave me a headache for a while but that is resolved

The new server has already surpassed the old and is currently in production. its history only reaches back to 12-10-2014 right now but it getting there much quicker. We have 4.5Gb of the 32Gb ledger downloaded and processed since i finished setting it up around 3am

This server is brand new and shouldnt have any of the stability issues the other hardware has been experiencing

So, I hope I calculate correctly, around 250MB per hour (and rising)?! The Server processed from the latest dataset down to the oldest entry? Ok I think, if the site maintenance will be finished, my transaction was processed. not quite, ok

not in the alt coin world. crypsty is pretty much dominates the alt coin market, so just bare with the service or go create one.

i dont see a problem besides the rates go up and down very drastically, just forecast when to sell and youll be fine.

I have been waiting for 16 days now. They are at the very  bottom of incompetence.
This is going to be my last trade with cryptsy. Thanks for the memories.
