Another "Raffle" game. Would you participate?

You can either create your own lottery or try to win someone else's. You can easily verify our service by creating and playing your own lottery for a few cents.

This is how it would work from the lottery creator's point of view.

You create a semi-transaction which locks up the specified amount of your lottery, a smart contract. This will make sure no one can start a lotto for an amount they don't have.
Next, the creator of the lottery will choose a secret number between 1-500, for example, and the secret number is put into the "smart contract".  The creator will also require a minimum amount of btc to participate.

You will see EVERYONE'S guess in REAL TIME. So there won't be any questions about the fairness and honesty. So who ever pays the correct amount and the first one to guess the secret number will win the lottery. The contract automatically releases the funds to the winning address.

Or after the specified time, no one wins, the secret number is displayed for everyone to see.

It will play out like this:

Bob wants to start his own lotto. He makes the half transaction of 4 bitcoins. He makes the rules that whoever guesses his secret # between 1-999 will win his 4 bitcoins. He determines that his secret # is 239. He also decides that the minimum to play is 0.005 bitcoins. Bob says the lotto will end in 3 hours. He says if no one guesses the correct # in 3 hours, half the lotto will be split amongst all the participants. Or something similar. Our service will create rules designed to make creators and players to behave in a fair manner.

With lottery at least the ticket price is low and you won't lose all your money,

But most of the lotteries are for charity or something, your has no purpose but give money for the organizers
