Does BitMain have a legitimate presence on Amazon.com or is it a reseller using their name?

Also if you want to buy from the real website  I have some 50$ coupons for s-3's they are must buy 2 on the  real website    https://www.bitmaintech.com/product.htm

this is what 2 cost to NJ with  a pair of $50 coupons  if you are in NYC I am guessing the same

Your first step is to google “Dogie's Miner Setup Guides” and go from there. Overall, it took about an hour to glean information and setup the first miner, then only about 5 minutes on the next.

It might be Sushi but I'm not sure he sells on Amazon. Either way whoever is listing them on Amazon keeps infringing on my copyright.

As mentioned many times before, if that individual is infringing on your so called copyright, contact Amazon and your local police. Grow up and stop whining like a little child. Most people have stopped purchasing bitmain over priced under supported products and are buying spondoolies offerings. When one in three power supplies catch fire in the s4's, I know what I'd prefer to buy from a safety standpoint.

Not sure how they would be infringing on your copyright,  considering you have your guides on a public forum ,  posted for anyone one to see (not in a private setting).  If anything you should be happy they are getting your name out there and giving you credit for it.  I dont know the legal ins and outs  so it is what it is.

He is referencing  your guides and to search on google. There is nothing that infringes your copyrights there or nothing ethically wrong with that in and of itself. The post is publicly accessible. If he is using your photos then yes he is infringing your copyrights. BUT You also have not attributed your photos to any kind of copyright license. Whether it be Creative Commons or any other kind. And a poor mans copyright is notoriously difficult to hold up in court. That said if it's an issue contact amazon and let them sort it out.

No not the post..... the pictures, all the Antminer stuff on Amazon (apart from U3 for now) use my pictures which are NOT provided under CC. I have contacted Amazon, after weeks of waiting they just tell you to have your lawyer contact their lawyer, ie "no".

Are the pictures officially copyrighted? If you demonstrate that you have them copyrighted with paperwork then explain to Amazon that they are enabling copyright infringement they will quickly drop the entry. Just stating the work is yours is not enough. You have to show them that there is a legal copyright for the photos for them to take action on it. And of course drop the not-so-subtle you are enabling copyright infringement line, that might make them consider it. Worst case you can go to social media and make it a thing, the PR nightmare from that for them will be enough for them to take action. Up to  you of course how far you want to protect your copyright.

Yes I have, they just don't do anything for weeks. You prompt them again, they say send the information again - to different people. If you don't contact them via a solicitor's letter then they don't care. Then there is the 5 or so global Amazon sites to deal with...

The links to the images are the same. It might not be a bad idea to have your legal representative draft a letter and send it to them. Also as you are the legitimate copyright holder. DCMA requests will work well in this. This is copyrighted material. Amazon is a US business so by law they MUST comply with this request.

Everyone is misunderstanding. I made two, unconnected statements. I have no problem with people talking about my or my guides etc. Its the use of my pictures without license or permission that is illegal.

"Look what the top review says, that's pretty cool". Then "its a shame [Amazon / the uploader to Amazon keeps infringing my copyright by stealing my pictures]".

Dogie, nobody gives a monkeys about your copywrong cr*p, seriously. In fact, I'm going to upload all your stupid pics to the webz & post links to them for everyone to use.

You have no problem posting stupid comments all over this forum, polluting everyone's posts with your self righteous, "I think I know everything" comments & wrong information - yet you start crying like a baby when someone posts on one of your own threads, calling everyone who does so a troll. Grow the f*ck up & stick to singing for your money on the Bitmain threads or your little VAT scam sales thread.

I get sick of seeing dogie cr*p everywhere. GTFO.

Seriously, this topic has gotten way off-topic. And crossed the line with personal insults... I'm locking it.

Done with this forum. Goodbye all.
