- registered priority mail with tracking - Just 5$ !

all i know that Russian cigarettes are illegal on Estonia, if I'm right.
Or there was limit how much you can buy in, like 2 packs or something like this, I'm not sure about other countries.

And even if you don't pay them they won't usually be destroyed, they will be sent back to the sender.

That is correct and please note if you choose to refuse the parcel because customs wants you to pay tax, I will reship the cigarettes even without waiting to get it back. 50% refunding is the second option.

BTW, those cigs have come from Ukraine, not Russia.
