Help Needed With Asic Miner Tube!

I just got a Asic miner tube and have no idea how to get it mining because I'm new to bitcoins. When I go to 192.168.0.254:8000 it doesn't connect and I see nothing. I've tried connecting the controller to my router through a Ethernet cable but that didn't work so then I tried to connect it directly to my computer but that still didn't work.I'm using a Netgear wireless router and i think my problem is I don't know how to configure my router the correct way.If anyone could help me I would be thankful.

What is you computer IP address? You need to use the same prefix like the miner.
You can set your PC IP adress to 192.168.0.10. Then plus the ethernet cable from your PC to miner tube then call 192.168.0.254:8000

Thanks Zich for responding so quickly but I just figured it out last night. I do have another question on how to get the miner mining because as I said before I'm a noob. I don't really now what all the buttons on the statics page are and I don't really now what to put for the stratum things on the settings page. I'll probably post a photo of the settings and statistic page.
