Best exchange service needed

I need a good recommendation for a online exchange service.

Which one is the best at moment?

Trustful and fast, best if its instant changing. Where customer can buy bitcoins with other currencies, credit cards, bank transfers...

Need it for a customers website that has bitcoin shopping cart system. For people didn't has bitcoins and want to order, we will put a link on to the exchange provider.

If there is a affiliate system with, we will be happy

But nothing really that we can use.

We need one for customers can change easy their money to BTC (buying BTC).

Example: just customer gives amount: 0.2 BTC click how to pay (Creditcard or others), fill out click pay thats it.

Made for people maybe they didn't hear anything before about BTC
