If she already has business in Paypal you should go dual, there will be some who deal in Bitcoin because they hate the chargebacks and so on but other customers won't care about that, if Bitcoin customers are that worried about being scammed then they can just deal in Bitcoin only with her. I agree paypal is shit I'm very reluctantly using Etsy, but the fact is people are used to these and will be more willing to buy from you if you list it on your site. Bitcoin itself though is an excellent choice especially for merchants, I am pretty biased because I love it
but merchants can't have their payments reversed on them by people and you can also use the blockchain to verify if money has been sent and so on.
Here's an example of the blockchain in action with the signature payments I've received, customers can just type in their address and post it online, then everyone will know if they've sent the money or not, so it's like a receipt or as others call it a public ledger but it's all in the blockchain and done automatically.
