This one? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=934536.0
Hosting:
There are several places you can get hosting for your faucet which you can pay for through several means. I will be listing services that I have tried and that I've seen reccommended by other users. If you don't want to use any of these services then search around or look in the Service Announcements section for others.

Hostinger - http://www.hostinger.com
I have used Hostinger's services before with few problems. Hostinger provides free hosting or affordable unlimited hosting. I wouldn't recommend this hosting if you intend to use blockchain.info's API. This is because, on the free servers at least, I've found that the API is blocked from use. If you want to use this hosting with blockchain.info, contact blockchain's support staff and I'm sure they can help you.
Payment processors accepted - Bitcoin, Paypal and others.

Is it just for making a BTC faucet, or any other coins can also be included in this faucet to be given?

What if I want a website like http://www.multifaucet.tk/? What do I need with this?

You can use FaucetBox faucet script or if you are a dev, you can use https://github.com/ChristianGrieger/Cryptocurrency-faucet-script.

Does anyone know what happens if you migrate your bitcoin faucet hosting to a new host and create a new database instead of using the old one?

What are the consequences, if there are any? I don't think there will be data loss, as bitcoin faucets don't need passwords, etc, but just wanted to make sure.

I backed up my whole faucet site except my database, which I'm kicking myself for right now. I'm trying to get in touch with my hosting provider, but he doesn't check the forum often, so I'm temporarily migrating to a new host. I can easily back up everything, and set up a new database, but I want to know if there are any consequences in switching a faucet database. Thanks!

People will lose their referrals, that's about all I can think of.

Hmm, Ok, thanks. This is only temporary, so I think it will be fine, as I plan to go back to the old host as soon as I can get in touch with the owner.

I suspect the hardest part of running a faucet has to be the cheaters / theft. I hope the code is good and the funds placed in appropiate wallets.

If you're using a secure script, which most faucet scripts are, theft isn't much of a worry. Bots will always be there, but they are a small minority.
