I think most of the wishes could be bought with fiat. Some people want to buy something, and they exchange their fiat into bitcoin, then buy that thing with bitcoin, so there is no special with bitcoin, its just be a complicated way to buy something. I think the better question is, what are the shops you wish to accept bitcoin.

Believe it or not...Chipotle Gift cards....It seems Gyft.com only provides the main retailer stores for gift card purchases. To buy gift cards, or even gas cards, I have to convert my BTC into a VCC or a physical card even which is a giant pain in the ass with ridiculous fees. I end up paying 120% the original price.

I know a cheaper way, if you want just pm me you will end paying less. Good luck.

of course not. i do spend some of my coins on things from dinodirect and i also use bitcoin to pay for my servers. i never had the feeling of regret after spending coins. actually, it feels great!
