If you pay your bills by credit card then there is an opportunity for you.

There are many kinds of bitcoin debit card which you can easily spend your bitcoin and get instant into cash or spend online like normal credit cards.

That's not quite the same thing, it involve extra steps in purchasing the card and funding it, and in the end you have all the same security concerns as you do using any other card based transaction.

I want to be able to pay my bills with btc, too, but I want to pay directly from my core wallet to the purveyor's address.  This would allow me to collect rent from out of town renters via bitcoin, removing the time delay of mailed payments, and turn those rent payment right around to the bill collectors.  No middle steps, no cards, just bitcoin.

There are many kinds of bitcoin debit card which you can easily spend your bitcoin and get instant into cash or spend online like normal credit cards.

but those bitcoin debit cards all charge extra fees which I personally find them and unnecessary expense. so as long as I can use credit card, and other methods I won't consider them a good option.
besides bitcoin isn't meant to be used through a third party. the whole idea is to be able to use it directly P2P and not rely on anybody else to do it for you and get paid to do so.

These things are our day to day requirements and i would be awesome if we could pay for these using bitcoins itself.

But should we really be contented on seeing bitcoin being accepted by just restaurants? It is possible for bitcoin to be accepted by brick and mortar shops, the only thing hindering us from getting there is spreading the word and explaining thoroughly how it is better to use than fiat. I would love to see businesses here accepting bitcoins, especially groceries and convenient stores.
