really wishing the local gas stations would take it this week. I lost my atm card and had to wait a week to

That's a great thought as we want that bitcoins should be used at common places and we don't wish to buy a car or a apartment with bitcoins, as it would once in a blue moon, but really want that we can spend bitcoins on our daily stuff as those expenses are necessities, like paying bills, grocery stuffs etc.

because then one can easily purchase anything.
it puts an end to paper currency and results in less use of paper.

No problem that I know here. I have a Bit-X debit card, so I am sure I can use it to buy a coffee at the local c-store, even.

We already have debit cards like I said to use btc at the store. You can send some btc to a wallet related to the site and

card and have btc for your daily needs, like food and the like at Walmart.
