I wish I could buy a ATM for bitcoin to my self and when I want to go out shopping that I can just cash out my bitcoin money.

Precisely. I wish everything that can be bought with fiat money can be bought by Bitcoin. AFAIK, there is already a lot of online shops that accept Bitcoin as payment method.
