I just bought a new 6970 off of craigslist, but it didn't include the two power cables that go from the power supply to the GPU directly. I'm trying to buy it online but can't be sure if the stuff that I'm looking at is the correct power cable. Can someone link me to a place where I can buy the correct power cables? Much thanks.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I've got several spares, but there's no way I could ship them for less than you could buy them for

Try to make sure you get them from a US source so you get them sooner
