Wow. My CTO (my brother Jay) has stepped up to the challenge and will be handling all orders this week. Use normal email addresses etc as he has access to everything. Please be gentle with him as he is still new to order fulfmillment. His job is generally design/coding.

Just that I originally set it up with my Australian address but then the only payment method it would take was US, and wouldn't take that because of my Australian address, and wouldn't let me change my country. Need to call them to set it up properly and don't have phone access in the mountains where I am at the moment. Hope to get it all set up next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!

The thing is that i trust Jeremy on doing this stuff - it is not my first transaction. But i think he is on a vacation and his brother has taken over for that time. All i wanted to hear is wether his brother will process the old amazon orders or not. To be fair i got to say i was already asked if i wanted a refund and declined in favor of the amazon gift card. So dont get me wrong - it was not a "WHERE THE HELL IS MY MONEY!!!" rant, it is more a question about "do you think it will happen soon?".
So you can use the service anytime you want - it might be just a bit slower at the moment.

I need some employees! But how to keep the "legendary" customer service when the owner is out of range? My brother is part owner and is doing a bang up job if you ask me, but he is unable to get my accounts unlocked due to not being me. ;(

Re: Amazon. I have emailed them several times and talked to them on the phone a few times, but I don't have cell coverage during the day when the correct department is open. Therefore it will be next week by the time that gets sorted. I'm very sorry for that inconvenience, but please get a bitcoin refund from my brother by emailing the normal email address if need be. Grrrr... These corporations and banks etc can be frustrating!

Just want to add that I am impressed with your service Jeremy and look forward to you getting back from vacation so you can get some of this stuff worked out.  I will just build up my coins until then. 

Also wanted to add that I did an "Anything" purchase for a Lowes gift card (not a code) they offered no fees and free shipping.  Card arrived within 3 business days of the order completing and was able to use it at the store locally.  I ordered on a wednesday, shipped on thursday and I got it on monday (was ups so they don't deliver on saturday, was actually expecting US mail)

Was thinking of giving this service a test run for some future amazon and ebay items.

It this legit? Yes.

Any problems or delays? Amazon and PayPal are both currently suspended. All orders that were in the system when it was suspended were offered bitcoin refunds and if they chose to instead wait for Amazon/PayPal.

Approximate time between transfer of btc and sending the codes? Within 12 hours.

How are the codes sent? Directly from Amazon etc.

What happened to Newegg?

They don't like bitcoins very much, apparently.

What happened is that they kept flagging our orders and taking hours on the phone to eventually either fulfill them or cancel them altogether. We unfortunately don't have that kind of time.
