Hi there,

I'm sorry. I just found out when I got home that Amazon has held this order (again!) for verification of my credit card. They say this can take up to 24 hours but I've pushed through escalations etc to try to get it done much sooner. We'll see. Sad

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience!

Happy Spending!

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I received an email from Jay West stating that their Amazon account was being "throttled" so hopefully that doesn't affect the gift cards getting pushed through.

Ditto here.  This was my first time ordering on this website, and no code after 2 days.

I just got my code for $1000. I suggest that you all use their ticketing system to submit your queries, it's had the fastest response time.

Has anyone done an international bank wire with this service recently (to US)? I got the sent receipt last Tuesday but still don't see anything in my account. Was wondering if this was normal with the new bank. I know with the last bank he was using it only took 2 days.

Well last week was July 4th, major holiday. Still should only take a couple of days to go through, wires are virtually instant.

I called my bank and found out it was my fault. He changed banks and I sent the info for US > US transfers because it worked fine last time. But now the transfer is sent from Australia so I was supposed to send different info. The bank lady said the money is just sitting in limbo and acted like it wasn't a big deal, that they could just cancel the wire. I'll probably be out the fees but that's no problem since it was my error. I sent a ticket to support so hopefully will be fixed soon.

I totally agree, and am very grateful for the service. I do think though that there's room for at least one more big company in this space, so that there's less disruption when something inevitably gets hung up at either company. Maybe Jeremy could consider franchising? As long as the finances/accounts are separate, Amazon/etc. shouldn't be hung up on all of them at the same time. I don't think franchising is strictly necessary, but we do need a way of establishing a trusted core of businesses. Being able to spend bitcoins for regular monthly expenses will be an increasing area of interest.

I'm selling great Minion Games like The Manhattan Project, Kingdom of Solomon and Venture Forth at 4% off retail starting June 2012. PM me or go to my thread in the Marketplace if you're interested.

For Settlers/Dominion/Carcassone etc., I do email gift cards on Amazon for a 5% fee. PM if you're interested.

Thank goodness your back, for the days where your paypal section disappeared, i ended up having to use another group that charged an arm & leg to get the job done.

Good to see things are working again.

I just want to go on record here stating how much I like this service. Sure there was a hiccup, two days of "not knowing" if I was getting jacked or not, but this guy delivered the amazon code. Thats all I really care about. I dont mind the wait, although I would have preferred knowing the possibility of a wait ahead of time. I will definately be using this service again.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I agree with you 100%.
