I just received an Amazon gift card for a fairly substantial (for me, anyway) order. Jeremy's customer service was second to none as usual. It turns out I had some email filters blocking receipt of the Amazon messages, and Jeremy was kind enough to resend the gift card a couple of times until it got through. This is a great service operated by a true gentleman.

Update: Finally got the current rate automated (based on current MT GOX last price). This is good new not just for me, who stayed awake at night checking and changing the price, but more importantly for you, as your price is now based on the last price, not the 24 hour average. If bitcoins keep going up like they have been, that could save you a few coins!
Feel free to go to spendbitcoins.com anytime just to check the current last price of bitcoins! Handy dandy little app, methinks.
Update: Last price has been too volatile an exchange rate, particularly because I do not have the ordering process automated yet and have to quote several orders when I wake up in the morning in Australia, not knowing what the last price was for each request. It should (fingers crossed) be automated within the next few days. Until then (and perhaps even after, I think it seems fairer to everyone), the exchange rate will be based on the Mt Gox 24 hour average at time of quote. Thanks for all your orders. I'm sorry if I've been a bit slower to keep up today, I'm doing the best I can doing it all manually! Thanks for your patience, and for your business. It is greatly appreciated. --Jeremy |
