Hi everyone. My wife and I had a baby yesterday so I've been incognito. Back now and working through the backlog of orders I've received in the last 48 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I'm all caught up. Orders from now on should be filled in normal time (less than 12 hours. Usually much quicker, just allows for my sleeping time which is on Australian Eastern Standard time).

By caught up, I hope you mean you are caught up with the orders that were outstanding for longer than 24 hours and not all orders.  I placed one last night and haven't seen any response yet.

Hey, I tried to place a order using 2 different browsers using a static amount of bitcoins but am unable to. I get to a part where it asks me to click here for address to send too but nothing happens. Is it not working right now?
Very very sorry for the inconvenience. I know I would find it quite annoying.

Again, I continue to thank everyone for your patience with our growing pains.

I can't even get to the next page after i click submit form. It opens up another tab in FF or Chrome, and then says transferring or connecting, but never displays the page.  Bummer. Sad

I'm very sorry. I should have sent you an email to let you know when your order was placed. I ordered your New Egg gift card approximately 7 hours ago. New Egg takes 1-2 business days to process orders from some unknown reason, so you will have it in your inbox by Tuesday evening I would assume. If you don't see it by then, please let me know.

Hi everyone,

New Egg is taking 1-2 business days (at least) after I place the gift card order to actually send the gift card out.

If what you want is also available on Amazon I suggest using Amazon as their cards are generally pretty close to instantly sent out when I place the order. (Although they too can be delayed when over 500 USD, but I generally just split the order into multiple orders to avoid this delay).

It's broken for me at the moment as well. I believe it is Mt Gox.

If I have time today, I'm going to set up a manual workaround on the site for whenever Mt Gox's api is down.

However, for now, please email jeremyATspendbitcoins.com with any orders and give the answers to the questions on the form. I'll respond manually with price and address.

Amazon.fr is being a pain though: it shows prices according to the taxes applied in France. My country has 0.05% higher taxes which is not shown till the last page where you confirm your payment.
So, I'm just a couple of cents short now to complete my order  Angry

Not Jeremy's fault! I'm going to get another gift card so I can complete this order.

Placed an order with Jeremy just before the Mt Gox debacle.  Thankfully, he got the money sent to NewEgg before things fell apart at MtGox, and sure enough, two days later, the gift card email arrived!  Fantastic service!  Guys like Jeremy are what makes Bitcoin work!

spendbitcoins.com is back up and taking manual orders while we set up a new shopping cart system which is not reliant on one exchange.

We are still unable to login to Merchant Services to check for payments made between our last order fulfilled on Sunday, 19 June 2011 at 07:45:00 UTC. However, if you are waiting for an order from us, we have found a workaround. Please email jeremy@spendbitcoins.com from the email you placed the order with and include the time, amount and bitcoin address you sent the payment to and we can look at blockexplorer to confirm and fullfil your order.
