I bought something through spendbitcoin.com recently - it went really smoothly, and it was almost easier than buying something with my credit card, since I didn't have to fill in the card number and stuff.

Sorry, I can't help you with your lost password.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I have bought some books on Amazon, thanks to spendbitcoins for offering such a great service. It was quite easy to proceed. I've paid the amount and answered 11 hours later (fortunately it was during my sleep). After that I used my gift card they send my successfully. The big problem I had was with Amazon and their shipping/management fees (be careful to electronic and used stuff when it has to be shipped from outside the US). Anyway great this is a great service! Thank you.

PS: I wish you use some way to certify the payment address and encrypt the Gift number so no one can steal my money in any way. This shouldn't be that hard with gpg and automations. ;)

Hey there,

Great idea, but unfortunately the gift code is sent to you directly by Amazon, not by us, so we have absolutely no control over how it is sent. Sad

would you be willing to work with small companies to help provide the potential for bitcoin sales. (i.e. customer->bitcoin->you->usd->us?) I think that could potentially resolve a conflict we were having about the potential risk of volatility with accepting bitcoin for sales and having to keep a close eye on prices.

Of course I would!

I've made yet another order with Jeremy tonight! This would be my 3rd or fourth time using spendbitcoins.

My wife was very pleased to get the new Miele vacuum from the last order. I have to admit I've been putting it to a lot of use too.

I've made a few of what I would think are large orders and everything has gone perfect.

Thanks again!

Someone mentioned that may be a possible problem as far as using 'Prime' shipping while using you as an affiliate. Is there any truth to this? I want to make sure you get all of your commission. DId you get it on my last order (bought a bunch of stuff like in-ear headphones, a Ukulele, Power supply, cables and a peavy headphone amp).

Just trying to make sure!

Thanks again

Hi Bitjet,

Not a problem at all. That message was posted back when I used to order on people's behalf rather than sending you a gift code to order on your own. The only issue was that I couldn't resell to other people using a Prime account. You can use your own Prime account with no issues.

Hi there!

Spanish guy here, I've made several orders with Jeremy through spendbitcoins and the experience has been perfect. I've finished without problems 3 orders to amazon.co.uk and one to amazon.com (kindle) and now Im just waiting for my orders to arrive.

Highly recommended.

Update: Haven't heard back from rueducommerce yet. I'll give them another few days before bugging them. =).

From now on, if anyone wants to shop at a store online that isn't set up as an affiliate yet, you can do so for a 5% fee (the fee normally paid to me by the affiliate). Just PM me your request.

Cheers!
Jeremy

Fantastic! Don't forget you can support spendbitcoins by starting all your amazon shopping (including kindle books) at http://am.spendbitcoins.com, even when you're using payment methods other than bitcoin. =)
