What collateral will your friend be putting up?
Who is handling the escrow?

This is not a loan. I am helping him buy a small amount of BTC to invest with.

He has cash and would make the purchase. $55 for $50 at bitstamp last price. Essentially bitstamp +10% if you offer a payment method with no fees.

Localbitcoins offers way too high of rates for a small purchase of this amount.

I / He will send first if you are trustworthy. If not we use escrow. Please don't go and bring up my rep, I offer escrow or will send first so don't say I'm a scammer or whatever shit the rep mafia would like to say today.
