Hello,
I need help in understanding the rules and regulations of this asset. There are no links in the description. I had an account here at BTCtalk prior to the date in the description.
I do not think the description was too clear. I would like to purchase some of these tokens for holiday gifts. Are they still worth a little something and still in the process of the initial distribution?

topDISTR is basically a worthless Asset, created as a distribution test. There is no reason to buy it, just ask and someone will probably give you some...
