So far we have incentives for costumers in shop(no shipping fee first week, and latter some discounts) and for bands that join the Band Support Funding, there will be a voting after the initial join ends and first 5 bands will receive all the funds from the donation pot(1st place: 30%, 2nd place: 25%, 3rd place 20%, 4th place 15% and 5th place 10%).

How about the top donors for each band get a liner mention. Just thinking having something to show for the donations might incentivize more participation

or maybe on the album release or whatever the funds support...twitter mention, nothing too crazy...or very crazy!  There's a lot of room for creativity on this end I think.  It could be based on funds raised and the top donor gets the top band 'incentive' and down the line to #5.  Could create some fun competition on the donor side and everyone wins

Yea that sounds like a good idea, but will leave that for the second fundraiser, since there is not much time for this one to talk it over with bands and think it the right way, so i suppose firt one will more likely be a test to see if there will be interest on both side

by the end of the year we will have our official block explorer up and we will start to work on The Mosh Pit, a gambling game for METAL
after new year we will start to work on a genuine browser based RPG game that will utilize MetalCoin, will give more details about the game few days after new year, the game will be finished by the end of january 2015, will try to give more accurate time as soon as i can.

Well basiclly MetalCoin is owned by cryptospot, which is a 3 members team, i was the only one working on the site so far as the other 2 had some other job to do(we also plan to release the cryptospot site soon), so now on the RPG game 2 of us will be working to make it in shorter term.
