PoS - who is the mater of implementing it in existing coins?

Any recommendations for reputable people capable of adding PoS to an existing altcoin?

I can think of Hazard, if he is still around, but nobody else.

I mean someone good, with reputation. Not necessarily someone here.

There are so many people that could probably do it, but who is the safe choice?
