i looking for loan 3, 5, 7 or 12 BTC to growing my ltcgear share.
collateral ltcgear account itself. (i don't have other collateral i can send)
interest 15 % (negosiation)
long term 2.5 month

Im a bit confused, the ltcgear has no value right?

Only the money that is loaned and put on there as a share?

yes, ltcgear don't have value when don't have share...
but their share have a value.
