I don't think anyone's really disagreeing with you.

The best people can do is "CLAM is a pump and dump" and "JD addresses all earned free CLAM". Neither is a very strong accusation of wrongdoing even if they were true.

I've heard this argument several times before and people seem to think it proves something.  In reality if he runs he loses his credibility, his fame, and any future influence he might have.  To many people that's worth more than money, some people are straight up attention whores, and doog fits that profile.  On another note, as far as the site goes, he can actively win as much as he wanted to using an alt account at any time, or manipulate it so most of the bankroll ends up as his in various accounts.  All without anyone having a clue, and while retaining his trust rating.  Why give that up either?  Read his replies in this thread with the fancy charts and all draw some conclusions from that as an exercise.  Klye's post isn't worth quoting directly, but in response.  The words of an infamous scammer don't mean much Klye, but that you're well supported on Just-Dice still, I think says something. The coin Clam itself, I wouldn't touch.  The few that have been claimed are heavily hoarded, and millions more are right now unclaimed in the hands of exchanges and such that very likely are just waiting for the right moment to claim and slowly dump onto bag holders.  Not a good coin to involve yourself in by any means.

Also not true. Even if I was somehow able to manipulate it such that all the CLAMs on the site ended up in my account I would still only have 365k CLAMS, and would be lucky if I could sell them for $100k. I intentionally switched from BTC to a low market cap coin. I used to be able to steal pretty much "as much as I wanted". Now I can't steal even $100k.

No, you. What is your point here? The charts I post are strictly factual. I use charts because they are easier to read for most than a list of numbers. They're not "fancy", they're basic gnuplot charts for the most part, or poloniex screenshots. If you think the charts lead to interesting conclusions please share them with us.

It's not clear who owns the huge number of unclaimed CLAM. It is entirely possible that a single entity controls millions of them, and that is worth bearing in mind when deciding whether or how much to get involved. The threat of millions of new CLAM appearing on the market should help keep the price low. That's another reason I picked CLAM as the currency for JD.

My two cents:  I was on this site some while back, and had a poor experience.  Everything was fine until I had a problem with the buttons/layout of the site as they were before, and cause me to lose BTC.  At which point I attempted to resolve the problem in chat.  Even though Dooglus was there, I was directed to contact 'customer service'.  Also the mods get trolly and have a bad attitude if you mention having the slightest problem with the site.  Very unprofessional, and I won't be using the site again.  If Dooglus is as legit as he claims to be why have delinquents representing you in the chat as moderators?  If anyone has visited this site for more than a few days they will notice it is much like a cult, in a bad way.

Do you expect me to drop whatever I'm doing instantly to support every customer?

The chat is often fast moving and isn't the place to deal with support issues.

Did you contact customer support? If so, did you get the help you needed?

The mods are just regular users of the site who have shown themselves to have a clue about what kind of behaviour is acceptable. They moderate the chat - muting people who make a nuisance of themselves or disrupt the chat. They don't represent me, they just try to keep things vaguely tolerable. They aren't able to do anything about buttons/layout which would be why you were told that emailing the support address would be your best course of action. If you have a problem with a particular mod, email me a transcript demonstrating what offended you and I will review it. The best place to send it is the customer support address at the end of the FAQ tab.

I, being fairly new to Justdice, just jumped right into the chat. Talked to Deb and the mods fairly easily, they were all really nice,and funny. Point is, all the people that say JD is like a cult are trying to pick at straws to have something against JD. Honestly, this topic is dumb and should be dead.

It's extremely hilarious to see sockpuppets complain about Dooglus having sockpuppets (which of course is 100% bullshit). I mean, just look at the accounts that complained about Dooglus and his website, they are all newbies and their posts/activity are almost always the same. It should say enough, if you have any idea how the activity system works.

I have worked with Dooglus and he is one of the most trustworthy person I know. He has shown this over and over and he will mostly continue doing this in the future. However, this doesn't mean that I would follow him blindly. To be honest, everyone who does is an idiot. Make up your own mind before you do anything.

I see this thread is still going.  Another thing I noticed is that everyone supporting Doog seems to have a nice little sig tag on their name paying them out to make posts.  Just something to think about.  He sure does have a lot of support though, in fact the last person I've seen with so many extremely loyal supporters was Pirate@40, with a close second of TradeFortress. Not sure how many of us remember him.  Quite the fiasco.  I would go as far to say that the fact that so many coming accross to defend someone who is after all just running an unlicensed casino site, and have never actually done anything good for this community, other then slandering other competing dice sites.  The chat room is an atrocity, constant bigotry, trolling, pumping of the latest trash-coin, and regular bad attitutes by most in the chat.  Honestly the chat reminds me of a serer, although it's a good reminder of just how trashy some people can be.  I do visit from time to time, just to see the lastest b/s.  This is coming from someone with a usual very optimistic attitude.  My recommendation is to be very wary, and avoid this site altogether if possible.

Are you suggesting I pay people to support me? I don't. Some people link to Just-Dice in their signature but I don't pay them to do so. I am probably unique in that respect. Almost all other sites pay people to advertise them. I don't pay for Just-Dice advertising, and I don't think I ever have.

And show me any site that I've slandered. Or even libelled. You can't. I don't do that. It isn't libel to write that a scam site is a scam. Libel has to be false and damaging to be libellous. And slander has to be spoken, false, and damaging. Sure I call people out on their dishonesty. I think that's a good thing to do.

I dislike censorship. I'll mute people it they're spamming or scamming, but other than that I try not to get in the way too much.

It can be unpleasant at times, but I'd rather that than the sanitised wonderland you seem to be looking for.

So in summary:

* I don't slander other sites
* I don't censor the chat

Sometimes when I leave negative trust on a scammer profile they'll return the favour out of spite.
