...
From 2020: Oh no, my bitcoin are worth less than zero! Where do I pay the fine? Does the Anti-Cryptocurrency Task Force take dollars?

Turn yourself in to your local authorities and pay it in person.
They might go easy on you.

Local authority? ll, what is that?

1. Dial 911 (or equivalent if you're one of the unfortunates Bitcoin criminals forced to live outside US).
2. Explain to the operator the depths of depravity that you have sunk to.
3. Stay on the line until the van arrives.
4. Walk out of your domicile slowly, with hands clearly visible and raised above your head.

You will be transported to the nearest appropriate agency.

LOL when I saw the title of this thread I immediately assumed it was a joke, playing on the increased preponderance around here of discussion about "you idiots bullish on bitcoin are all a bunch of loozers and yer all gonna lose all yer monneys soon enough when yer beloved butt-coin crashes to zero" type of topics.

Making FUN of that is, I dare say, possibly the best & most recent sign yet that we're at full bottom capitulation and the next "positive story line" that might ignite a new rally upwards could (finally?) be gettin' started soon.

Either that, or as I posted elsewhere a while ago (link HERE) I suppose it's possible we'll still see a really frightening additional dip, maybe down into the 100's, before reclaiming longterm exponential log-scale trendline.

Or, yeah, ok ok trolls: yeah sure maybe everyone all over the world does totally STOP using bitcoin entirely, all at once, and BTC/$ goes to zero, and we all just decide to forget about the whole "blockchain thing" as if it was some kinda stoopid idea or a cheesy B-Movie "it was all just a bad dream" sub-plot device.

Sure.  Yup.  Could happen.  Absolutely.  And Monkeys Might Fly Out My Butt...

I got through step 2.  After explaining everything, they are now asking for your contact information.  I pointed them at your post and they mentioned something about subpoenaing your IP address.
