I live in China - the choice for me is either chicken feet of pig stomach. Stomach is ok, but I voted chicken - just spit out the bones.

Hmm interesting, I have tried neither Chicken feet are surprisingly good once you control the gagging - better than breast (which is only fed to cats in China)
