Huh I'm in business with some guys in USA. They require me to send them money first (through bank deposit method)
They also said that in USA, the policy is perfect so if they are trying to scam me or something like that, I can call police and their bank accounts will be locked immediately. And their business will be ruined.

So is this true ? Will i really safe like that ?

Thanks for your advise,

Not true - they are lying to you.

You would have to hire a lawyer and sue them to get your money back.  Are you willing to spend thousands of dollars to do that?

I suggest you find new guys to do business with.   Undecided

If your gut instinct is telling you it may be fishy trust it no one feels like they may be getting scammed in legit deals ....
also America scams happen often and are usually more clever than telling you to send money because you just won a lotto

Did they send this info through PM?  Can you forward the PM to me?

Yah, they told me that. Ah by the way, we had chatted by our language so i think you won't understand.

They and me are from other country - not from USA. They're now living in USA and we do business for the first time.

The real story is I will not just sending money to them first. We are exchanging so I will meet their friends here and my friend who is living in USA will send money to them. As soon as they reveice the receipt of sending money, their friends here (im my recent living place) will pay that amount of money for me.

Any risky ?

Sounds to me like they are trying to scam you.  Why you would do business with anyone that has lied to you is beyond me.   Undecided

Good luck.

Thanks for your advise,

Definitely not perfect policies but you could call their local police and attempt to file a report if they tried to scam you.. It would be a huge hassle to go through though.

I see, so I would have to go through very hard way to get back that amount of money Smiley
Thanks very much
