For all 3500 accounts to be fully working after a weeks period is very unlikely. I doubt all of them work now and there would be no way of confirming that from the buyers end.

It hasn't been 1 month yet since they have been given out. You will probably get more interest once they have been vetted for a while.

Not using all of them, but daily I move/use/check about 10-20 on average.
