Credit card transfer vs btc?

I need basically any amount from 1$ to 5$ transferred to my VCC on entropay, so I can withdraw all my funds stuck inside there to BTC. I have 19$, and the minimum amount for a transaction to buy btc / to send them to an e-wallet is 20$...

if anyone can send me 5$ or less via credit card transfer, i'm willing to pay you 0.016 btc for 5$, or less for any amount you can. Thanks a lot.
