Sorry for thread re-opening, I can confirm is a scam, sent 0.8 bitcoins and never got anything on paypal. Talked to their hoster but they seem not too understand the issue.

Hello , well i just found this thread (perhaps one of the few that i found on google) about this website , i just got scammed 0.40 BTCs but when i was searching for Bitcoins to Paypal websites since you still cant pay alot of stuff with just bitcoins , BCEXER was just at the top of my google search and the rest was kind of offtopic about bitcoins->paypal convertions and other stuff , but i gotta say that the scammer really did a good job , is not is my first scam ever , well it is my first bitcoin scam ever but i know now how to kind of prevent scams but the website was really well designed and the the last nail to the coffin is was the SSL Certificate of the website , scam sites usually dont have them , well just like the last poster said we need to spread the word and if possible hack/take down this damn website , also it made me realize one big problem of bitcoin , once you send bitcoin they are gone forever without be able to get a refund or anything like that so no wonder bitcoin is used for illegal stuff . Also an advice , you want to sell bitcoins? go to localbitcoins . com , they have a escrow kind of system .  Angry

To all that have had bad experiences with this website,

Firstly, sorry for bumping this slightly old message... But I wish I had read this a lot sooner than I did. I, like many of you have been scammed out of BTC on the BCEXER website, claiming to exchange Bitcoins to PayPal USD and so on, which clearly didn't happen.

Theoretically, even though there isn't much I can do, I have highlighted and reported this. I have reported this to the Domain Registrar, Cloudflare, and the website's Hosting Provider. So far, both Cloudflare and the Domain Registrar have responded to me. The domain registrar can't give me information as they look into the matter but the Compliance Officer at the registrar is willing to give it a shot on my behalf.

I know it might not happen, but you know what it's worth trying. At least CloudFlare and the domain registrar are williing to help out in some form. I will try to keep this thread updated.

Many thanks,

Myles
