What does this mean?

This means that the Resumeo team does not and will not have access to Bitcoins. Bitcoin will be transferred to the account of developers only on request, placed in a public thread on bitcointalk (done after the IPO). The request will specify a destination and amount.

For example - the payment of salaries of programmers in January

1. Developer 1 - equivalent 2BTC
2. Developer 2 - equivalent 3BTC
3. Coder - equivalent 1.5BTC

Total - 6.5BTC
