I've got a problem. I attempted to place a live soccer bet about 5 times. The odds showed as the same no matter if I refreshed or waited or whatever, but the bet would never get accepted. It kept saying sorry, the odds have changed. I really hope this isn't a recurring problem, as I've just made a sizable deposit just for the live betting but it's not off to a good start.

Can you PM me any details, we can look into some logs to see what's going on! Specifics like whether you are attempting this wager in the Live Soccer, or are you doing this in Pre-Live, as well as the bet and the amount will be helpful so we can attempt to reproduce.

Regarding if this is a recurring theme - we've accepted over 20,854+ btc in bets over the last 18 months - so I'd venture to say it's an edge chase that needs further investigation.

The NFL game tonight is not showing a ML available.  Will that change or is that normal for some reason, that some NFL games don't have a ML available?  Thanks.

Edit:  A couple suggestions of things I'd like to see (I'm just going by mobile, they might be available on PC, I'm not sure):  A spot that says "starting soon" which lists all games starting soon in whatever sport.  Also, a spot where I can see ALL live matches in play instead of just having to pick 1 sport to see.  Thanks!

The ML was set off just cause of some last minute steam that came in, it's not always off right before the game - just so happened to occur in the TNF game this evening.
