MPOS Pool Dev Needed. Hiring ASAP

Hello,

I am looking for a MPOS Pool Dev. We are wanting it to set up as a multipool that the user can select which coin they'd like to be paid out in. We have a specific we are wanting coin payouts to start out with. We would like to add more coins once it is up and running. We are wanting to get this up and running ASAP. Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.
