There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

So if I were to bid do you have a way of proving to me that these are not carded? I am interested for sure with that discount, but not willing to loose my account over it.

Do you have to spend it between Jan 15-20? Or, only add it to someone's account?

Are you accepting escrow until you have the card on Jan 15?
