Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Use escrow for this, I honestly don't see why you cannot withdraw into your own neteller account then send it to him that way. Either way, escrow is good.

Simple i do not want to withdraw to any online or real banks. i want to exchange it to BTC without getting noticed by a taxman
