No problem. That sounds like a plan to me and if I do receive it on Monday, I would be able to ship them out on Tuesday/Wednesday, depending on the fact if I need to do extra stuff (pay for the package for example).

I want to fund this special coin in a special way, so I decided to do it like this:

I'll fund the coin in a lot of different transactions:
Transaction 1: 50.00000 mBTC
Transaction 2: 25.00000 mBTC
Transaction 3: 12.50000 mBTC
Transaction 4:  6.25000 mBTC
Transaction 5:  3.12500 mBTC
...
If you calculate this, you'll get 0.1 BTC in the end.

Noticed something?
First block reward: 50 BTC
second block reward: 25 BTC
...

So I'll try to fund the different transactions on the last block before the block reward changes.

Only problem:  the 50 BTC halving already happened.
