Hi, I can help you.

What do you need specifically? Did you check the APIs on the developers.xapo.com site?

Yes. But I don't know how to implement. I want it to work such that when a user types in his email address or bitcoin address an email will be sent to him informing him that he received bitcoins and needs to create a xapo account to get the bitcoins

I looked up those API's, and as far as i can tell, there's no way to do that, i'm afraid. It seems the user will just have to create his Xapo account himself.

But apparently bitcoinzebra has that system. Should be possible right? I'm not too sure..

You will have to contact Xapo about this. I don't think you can do it without contacting them.

AFAIK you can use xapo as payment processor for your faucet.

Xapo supports micro-transactions in the form of bits, allowing you to send from one wallet to the other.
