Sorry, but with companies like that, you have very few options, trying to get in contact with them is like trying to contact the president.

I should have contacted Tradehill much earlier, but have been waiting for some info on their site, which is closed.

But I'm a little confused, does Tradehill really want to be contacted ?
No site and no emails with information on how to get your money back !

I would be glad if someone would inform me on the situation with Tradehill, because I'm confused Smiley
Is there any hope ?

I'm not giving up...

Do someone have any contact information on Tradehill besides info@tradehill.com ?
Home address, phone,...anything.

Another thing, how do I get permission to post in the Trading subforum, where this really belongs ?

Sorry for all the questions, but I really need some answers !

Give him another week or two. Jered's working on other projects and probably doesn't spend much time looking through claims emails which were probably almost entirely resolved many months ago. He's not scammy or shady, just busy. Fwiw, I don't believe he checks this forum.

I can still only post here - even though this is my post number six ?

I still haven't received any reply from Tradehill Sad
Still waiting...
Personally I just think this is amateur hour: Why close the site because the exchange has closed, where's the information ?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you also need at least 4 hours logged.

ocbtc: I couldn't agree more.
Once I contacted Tradehill, because I had discovered a problem with the API.
It was spitting out tickers, where the bid price where larger than the ask price - which is impossible - and this had been going on for months.
The reply let me believe that they would fix the problem, but months later nothing had happened, and I realized that they just didn't care. And this wasn't the only problem !
Actually I don't believe Tradehill has ever been fair market for anyone...

...but there is a saying, that one should not mistake stupidity for malice.
And while I'm waiting I remind myself.

But obviously my patience is not without limits, and each day I'm getting closer to the following (obvious) conclusion:
Jered would rather keep the money for himself, and that's the reason why he is so hard to contact !

Just keep spaming him. He will reply sooner or later. Took me few months to get my money from TH, but in the end I got it.
Btw. here's info about new project of Jered. If you are in hurry and live nearby, I guess you can reach him there Cheesy
