Best X13 Miner Win64

Hi,
I give up on ASIC and Scrypt. I would like to start mining X13 and ScryptJane. I am looking all around for a miner that will connect my computer to the pool. I downloaded MultiMiner and there is a .dll of something missing from my computer. In fact I am getting this message from a lot of these miners I have downloaded.
I would like some help please.

You can not mine x13 algo with your ASIC.

i'm not very updated on it, but i think you can mine X13 just on CLoud or GPU...
